Once the booking request is made, as published on the website and explicitly accepted during the purchase process, including the last step where the withdrawal policy is marked as accepted, you cannot modify the name, date, time, or cancel the tickets, and you are not entitled to any refund. No exceptions or reasons are possible (COVID, illness, work reasons, trip cancellation, etc.), as stated in the refund and cancellation policy published by the Government of Spain, National Heritage, owner of the Prado Museum. “Once the tickets are purchased, no refunds or ticket changes will be allowed, and the purchase is final.” Once the purchase is made, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID, in accordance with the public regulations of the monument, except in the following cases:
  • If a purchased service cannot be provided due to the monument's closure, you will be entitled to a full refund, which will be automatically processed using the same method as the ticket payment.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

No, as established in Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. As stated in Article 103, relating to exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

(l) The supply of services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.

Can I eat inside the museum?
